Domain Expansion is developed by Omolewa LLC ("we"). This policy describes what the game collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: there are no accounts, we identify your install with an anonymous random identifier, and we collect the minimum needed to run leaderboards, deliver purchases safely, and show rewarded ads you choose to watch.
Anonymous install identifier. A random identifier created on first launch and stored in your device's Keychain. It is not your name, email, Apple ID, or device serial. It lets your purchases and gifts survive a reinstall and keys your leaderboard entry.
Gameplay telemetry. When a run ends, the game sends your generated in-game name, grade and stage, run depth and duration, kill count, and mode to our server (hosted on Convex) to power the global leaderboard.
Purchase records. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. To deliver what you bought and prevent duplicate or fraudulent grants, our server verifies Apple's signed transaction and stores the transaction identifier, the product purchased, and the anonymous install identifier.
Advertising data. Domain Expansion shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob (for revives and bonus rewards you choose to watch). If you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to personalize ads; if you decline, ads still work without it. Ad partners may infer a coarse, city-level region from your network address to serve regionally appropriate ads. Google's use of data is described in Google's privacy policy. You can revisit your ad privacy choices any time in the game's Settings under "Ad Privacy Options".
Usage analytics and session replay. To find bugs and improve the game, we use PostHog to collect usage events (screens visited, buttons tapped, app lifecycle) and to record visual replays of game sessions — effectively a screen recording of the game itself while you play. These recordings show only the game's own interface: the game has no accounts, no chat, and no personal text entry, so no personal information appears in them. Replays and events are keyed to the same anonymous install identifier described above and are processed by PostHog in the United States (PostHog's privacy policy).
No accounts, no email addresses, no contacts, no precise location, no photos, no microphone, no health data, no messages. The game has no chat and no user-generated content.
Leaderboard rows keep one best run per install identifier. Purchase ledger rows are kept for the life of the game's service, since they are what proves your purchases across reinstalls. In-game mail expires and is removed on a schedule set per message.
Domain Expansion is rated 12+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; the game collects no personal information from anyone beyond what is described above.
You can decline ad tracking at the system prompt or in iOS Settings, and adjust ad privacy options in the game's Settings. You can request deletion of the data tied to your install identifier (leaderboard rows and purchase ledger entries) by emailing us the Exorcist ID shown in the game's Settings; note that deleting purchase records may prevent restoring past purchases.
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the effective date above.
